Bootstrap Films provides small slate and is exploring finance of three of its films using a fund. We are looking at different ways to finance film production in Ireland and anchoring these with the Tax Incentives available here, says John Phelan, Bootstrap Films, Managing Director. Three Films is a small slate to start with and we are currently in discussions with a US Fund. It is not something that has been done here before but we need to up the anti and start thinking outside the box about funding.
